Renew your HVUT Form 2290 for 2019-20 before it’s too late!

Hello there Truckers, as you all know that the HVUT Form 2290 could be filed up until Tuesday, September 3, 2019. However we want you to know that it’s high time to E-File the Form 2290 and millions of tax returns are e-filed at this time hence we recommend you to e-file as soon as you can to receive the IRS digital watermarked copy of schedule 1 in your e-mail with no further delay.

Every year the Form 2290 is due by June and it is payable until the end of August. But for this year, the deadline is extended up until Tuesday, September 3, 2019 as the last day of August happens to be a deadline. However this deadline of August is only applicable for renewals of Annual Tax returns and incase of new vehicles the HVUT Form 2290 must be filed by the last day of the month following the month of its first use.

On that basis, aside from your Annual HVUT Form 2290 renewals if you had purchased any new/used trucks during July 2019 you are required to file the pro-rated HVUT Form 2290 before Tuesday, September 3rd, 2019. So act fast and react. Do not procrastinate until the final moment to avoid last moment rush and try not to face any penalties and interests incurred from the Internal Revenue Service stating Failure to File & Pay your Form 2290.

Only when you possess a heavy highway vehicle with a minimum taxable gross weight of 55000 lbs and if the truck is been designed to be used over the public highways for Commercial, Agricultural & Logging purposes. If the said truck is assumed to be used over the desired mileage limit for exemption (5000 miles for Commercial based vehicles) & (7500 miles for Agricultural based units) then the tax due payment needs to be made to the IRS full in advance.

Over the other hand if the vehicle is assumed to be used under 5000/7500 miles then the truck turns out to be exempt and no taxes are required to be paid to the IRS for the same reason. Such vehicles are called as Suspended/Exempt vehicles and they are basically represented by Category W.

A Fortnight Left Before Renewing your Form 2290 for 2019-2020!

The Heavy Highway Vehicle used tax return Form 2290 is NOW due for renewal for the period beginning July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020. The deadline to E-File Form 2290 is 09/03/2019 September 3rd, 2019. Hence, we got only a Fortnight remaining to renew the Form ON TIME! Any tax returns filed after the deadline will be considered as a late filing and penalties & interests may apply based on the prolonging time post deadline.

This Tax Form is generally due by June and its payable until the end of August. However, for new vehicles, the Form 2290 must be filed by the last day of the month following the month of its first use, which means we technically got 60 days before filing the Form 2290 on a brand new truck.

E-Filing HVUT Form 2290 is simple and easy. America is the only country with a known birthday- James G. Blaine

It was a long, rough years of Struggle and many disagreements without any solutions. Many lives of the American colonies were sacrificed due to defending their beliefs, peace and wanting Independence. We defended our beliefs and attained what is rightfully ours, the right to speak, right to defend and the right to be free and live in peace. But everything came at an unbearable cost, we lost lives and we lost our hopes but we emerged for what is rightfully ours like a phoenix bird which rises from the Ashes, we rose up stood our ground and proclaimed our land which was rightfully ours. We attained our INDEPENDENCE!

This auspicious day is celebrated to venerate the declaration of independence form the British. We celebrate the day our forefather, a group of patriotic and unwavering men signed a Declaration of Independence to sing the song of freedom

“America is a tune, It must be sung together” – Gerald Stanley Lee

Since Independence America has been a land of opportunity for a diversity of people. A Nation built up by hard working and opportunistic leaders. We lead the world by being an example, “Living the American dream” a phrase that thrives people across the world to work towards it, all of this was because of our forefathers to make this nation into a promise land for many.

We should enjoy the blessings of freedom and independence but also do our part and work hard to appreciate it. Whom else does that at the best other than our own truckers? Truckers are the links in a chain that holds up the country.  An industry that has connected every nook and corner of the nation by delivering our needs whom are on the roads day and night. We salute you for your tireless work and your contribution towards our nation’s development.

Independence has always been a result of some ones hard work and sacrifice, now and back then our nation still lives under the wings of it to keep its freedom. We are the land of free, we are the home of the brave. Let’s pay our tribute to all the brave Americans now and then. To all the truckers out there, we wish you a happy Independence Day and let the flags fly high on your bonnets and spread the fame of our nation across the globe.
