It’s now time to E-File your HVUT Form 2290 for 2018-2019!

Hello there truckers, hope you all having a Good Time. Its July now, so does the Form 2290 renewal period has begun. Yes, the Form 2290 you filed for the Period beginning July 1st, 2017 through June 30th, 2018 has now expired. Hence, you need to E-Renew your Form 2290 for the Period beginning July 1st, 2018 through June 30th, 2019.

The Form 2290 is generally due by June and its payable until the end of August. Hence, the past year’s Form 2290 was only good until June 30th, 2018 & must be renewed as soon as possible as you need this copy in the first place to get your trucks registered with the state Department of Motor vehicle.

Else, the Form 2290 must be filed by the last day of the month following the month of its First Use. However, this thumb rule is only applicable for Pro-rated filings/ Partial Payment tax returns. Where the Form 2290 is due by the last day of the month following the month of its first use.

Truckdues.com has been rated to be one of the most trusted and reliable website among major trucking companies and owner operators. We remain significant among others due to our economic pricing.  As economic e-filing begins here as low as $7.99 to report a single vehicle on a Form 2290.

We recommend our ever hardworking Trucking community to make use of this very opportunity to E-File their federal Heavy vehicle Used tax returns beforehand to avoid scheduling appointments at the local IRS facility during the edge of deadline. As we all know that the turnaround time involved during paper filing is about 2 weeks whereas the turnaround time in e-filing is literally minutes out here.
